
Good afternoon ECP! Due to predicted ice/snow/frigid weather, ECP will be closed for a snow day tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18. We will continue to monitor the weather and make decisions each day if more days are needed. Again, tomorrow is a snow day. If needed, later in the week we might utilize a virtual day. Stay warm!!

Elmore City-Pernell School District is proud to announce that Taryn McCaa will represent her school and FFA chapter as a candidate for the office of Central Area Vice President for the Oklahoma FFA 2025-2026.



Our Middle School Mathcounts kids did amazing today. The team, consisting of 8th graders Breelee Patterson and 7th graders Josie Barnes and Gage Daniel, won 2nd place at the Southwest Regional MATHCOUNTS competition today at Cameron University in Lawton. They will advance to State at Oklahoma City University on Saturday March 1st. Also advancing as a member of the All-Star squad, is 6thgrader Logan Ramirez.
Jared Young ranked 4th overall and Logan Ramirez ranked 7th overall. Other students competing as individuals are, 8th graders Millie Bowie, Remlee Perrin, and Katelynn Stanley. 6th graders also competing were Troy Schilling, Blade Johnson, and Jase Barnes. Congratulations to all of the kids who competed today!!!! Go Badgers!!!!



Congratulations to the ECP Brass Ensemble on earning a Superior rating today at OSSAA District Solo and Ensemble! They will advance to the state competition in April!
We also want to congratulate Zanna Loriss and Riley Shreve on their solos, receiving ‘Excellent’ ratings!

The following four students represented Elmore City-Pernell School District at the REC Youth Banquet tonight. Congratulations to our Badger Esports Fortnite teams as the HS Varsity, HS JV, and MS Varsity all secured wins this week to advance to 3-0 on the season. All three teams will be ranked #1 in their respective divisions in the Oklahoma Esports League next week!

Congratulations to Iziah Robinson on his win over #1 ranked McAlester in Madden 24 today! Izzy won the series 2 games to 1 and moves his season record to 3-0. ECP Esports is now ranked #1 in the Oklahoma Esports League in Madden 24!

On Friday, February 14 our high school basketball teams will begin play-offs. The HS girl's team will travel to Turner to play Verden with a game time of 6:00 p.m. The HS boy's team will travel to Wilson with a game time of 7:30 p.m. Since the games are on the same evening in different locations, OSSAA will allow for the entry fee paid to attend the girl's game to also cover the entry fee to the boy's games, as long as you can show the ticket from the girl's game at the door.
