If your student received an invitation to apply for NHS for the 2020-2021 school year, the due date of April 16 stands. In the past signatures were required of supervising adult but because of social distancing, you may ask the supervising adult to email confirmation to me at shenry@ecpbadgers.com. You and your student will still need to sign the application and return it to me by April 16. I will be in my office on Tuesdays from 10 to 12 or you may mail it to me at 100 North Muse Street. Be sure it is postmarked by the 16th.(If you mail it please let me know so I may watch for it.) Feel free to contact me at my email address if you have any questions.

The Spring Portraits are in route to Lifetouch in Moore, Oklahoma. They are a non-essential business and have been shut down. It will take longer than normal for those to arrive at the school. Please be patient with them. The rep from Lifetouch will be contacting me directly once she receives the portraits. We will then formulate a plan to get them to ECP and you. I will be in my office on Tuesdays for the next few weeks from 10 to 12. You may call the school on Tuesdays or email me at shenry@ecpbadgers.com. Be safe and stay home!
The Elementary Fundraiser will be available for pick-up at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 at the elementary gym. Please stay in your vehicle in the parking lot. Items will be placed outside your vehicle and you may get them after the person delivering leaves from your vehicle.

Senior Parents
I will be at the high school until 3:30pm today if you need to drop off your slide show pictures or payment/pictures for the yearbook recognition page.
We are asking that parents sign up for meals EACH week so that we do make too many and then have to dispose of them. The link for the meals and the drop locations will be sent out tomorrow. Thank you for your help!

If you have not filled out the NEW meal survey, please find it on our News Feed and do so. We have only had responses from 40 parents about meals to feed 100 students.
All previously scheduled times to retrieve items from school are now cancelled until further notice. We do not want to risk anyone being infected while trying to pick up supplies from school. If you need to get your child’s medicine, please email the principal to make arrangements. Meal delivery will continue with Monday as the pick up date.
